Policies & Procedures


All items ship through USPS. At this time all Glass Beads ship First Class Tracked and all Tumblers will ship Priority Mail Tracked. 

Tumbler orders come with insurance through the USPS. 

All in-stock, ready-to-ship items ship 1-3 business days after the order is received.

For Custom Orders please refer to the turnaround times on the product description or Custom Tumbler Order Form. 


All transactions are subject to US law, and sales are to private individuals and not for re-sale. Please handle items with suitable care and do not leave with small children. Always supervise small children when using a handmade tumbler- contents of liquid can be hot!

Beads may present a choking hazard and are not toys! Please do not give beads to children under 3 years of age. 

For Bead Orders:

All relevant information regarding size, shape, and hole size will be clearly marked on each product listing. In the event that you need a different hole size please contact me prior to purchase. 


Sizes given are approx, my beads are handmade so each one, even in a pair is a unique work of heART. 

Some glass can color shift under different light sources (especially transparent purples), please be sure to check them under natural light. 

For Tumblers:

All relevant information will be on each listing. For custom orders, a final photo proof will be furnished for approval. 

Keep in mind that glitter colors shown will be subject to different computer monitors but every effort is made to ensure that the best representation of the color is shown. 


All of my product photos are taken in natural light without the use filters. 

Returns & Refunds

We gladly accept returns for full refunds on unused, unaltered items, unopened items within 7 days of purchase with the exception of the following conditions:


We do not accept returns on Made to Order Beads, Custom Order Tumblers, Seasonal Designs (Christmas, Easter, etc), and Personalized Tumblers,  due to the custom nature of the items. 

Sale Items: AS-IS, ALL SALES FINAL! No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

All sales listings will clearly list item conditions. 


For qualifying returns- All items must be returned properly packed and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  Once the item is in-house and has been inspected we will promptly refund you less the shipping costs paid. 


Damaged Tumblers or Beads: 

If for any reason your items arrive damaged you must contact us within 24 hours at please provide photos of the damaged box PRIOR to opening and then any proof of damage to your product inside.


Please note we cannot accept any damaged claims after 24 hours!


For Custom Orders we offer a one-time replacement of your order with shipping covered but no refunds. 

For all other damaged packages, we will either provide you with a refund once the item has been verified as damaged or a replacement product at our discretion. 


We take your privacy very seriously! We will never knowingly distribute, sell, or share your details without the explicit permission to do so.


All information provided by our members is handled according to all state and federal guidelines and laws. 


Customer contact details will be used with the sole intention of providing you with the best possible customer service experience or to contact you in accordance with the permissions granted.


There is no restocking fee for items being returned within 7 days. 

After the 7 days, any return requests will be subject to our discretion and will incur a 15% restocking fee. If approved, your refund amount will be less the 15% and less the original shipping paid on the item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and all items must be unused, unaltered, and/or unopened.
